Legal & Risk Control Manager

Responsibilities
- Build and own legal, compliance, and risk control frameworks across business lines, identifying key risk points and mitigation plans.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents for all business units, and support major commercial negotiations and contract reviews.
- Provide legal consultation and compliance guidance for operational scenarios to prevent and resolve legal risks in execution.
- Establish and optimize systems around IP, data security, and trade secret protection with closed-loop risk management.
- Track policy and regulatory updates and deliver risk analysis reports to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and HR to improve internal control mechanisms and compliance training.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Law; bar qualification is preferred.
- 5+ years of legal, investment, or risk control experience, ideally in technology companies.
- Strong command of company law, labor law, contract law, and IP-related regulations.
- Excellent communication, legal writing, and negotiation skills with proven cross-functional leadership.
- High integrity and resilience, with strong judgment in fast-paced environments.
